Before beginning this lesson make sure you have tried playing Mary Had a Little Lamb on Black Keys Black Keys 


and on white keys in the Key of C  Key of C

 

Being able to transpose is a super handy skill to have, and many advanced pianists don't even have it, but I like my students, even my beginners, to know how to do it!
